Important:
MP3 Observer is only the frontend for encoding-software.
You have to install any supported software and configure it.
When a encoder like "Lame.exe" is installed on your computer you can easily select your files from the mainwindow
and encode WAV-files to MP3 or decode MP3 to WAV.
